Hey y’all… Dre here. I’m a self-proclaimed foodie, cooking and baking hobbyist, nutrition enthusiast, recovering caregiver, reality show junkie, and dog mom. While I’m not new to the world of eating *insert smirk & side-eye*, I am new to the world of eating healthy. I’ve had a lifelong obsession with processed and junk food, which has led to low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and overall feelings of inadequacy and failure. I’m trying to break those poor eating patterns and nasty habits…. This blog will document my journey towards health and share my passion for cooking, dogs, design, and possibly include rants and/or suggestions for living as a caregiver to one’s parents. Quite frankly, this blog could include anything… there are no real limits. For the past few years, I’ve studied not only traditional nutrition, but also Whole30, Paleo, and Keto lifestyles.
